Usually it's the hyperbolic headlines in the news, but I'm sure I can name some other things as well if I can think about it for a second... or two.

I think the important part is the fact that it was enacted because of homeless camps in front of public buildings. They wanted to move those into shelters. Very ill-thought law, though.
